Thank You for an Incredible Grand Reopening

Now that the grand reopening has wrapped up and things have finally slowed down a little, I’ve had a moment to sit and really think about what the last few weeks meant.
I just want to say thank you.
To everyone who showed up, who walked through the doors, who booked an appointment, who brought their families, who told a friend, who shared a post without me even asking — thank you. I don’t take any of it lightly.
There was one moment that really stayed with me. Before I even officially announced the reopening, I opened Facebook one day and saw a post about Mission Mommy being shared around. People were tagging each other and talking about coming in, and I hadn’t even made the big announcement yet. The word was already out and I hadn’t even pushed it, and that meant more to me than I expected.
Running a small business is personal because it is personal. There’s no big team behind the scenes making everything look polished. It’s long nights, small adjustments, figuring things out as you go, and hoping people see what you’re trying to build. So when people start spreading the word on their own, it feels different. It feels earned.
The day of the reopening, I remember looking around and just feeling overwhelmed in the best way. Not because everything was perfect, but because people were there. You were there. You chose to spend your time with us, and that means more than you probably realize.
To the team aka my Husband and my two children— thank you for the extra hours, the flexibility, and the patience. Reopening takes more work than people see from the outside, and you carried so much of it with grace. I’m really proud of what we pulled off together.
To our clients — thank you for trusting us. Some of you have been with us from the beginning, and some of you were brand new faces who decided to give us a shot. Either way, you gave us your time and your business, and that’s not something we ever feel entitled to. There’s something really humbling about seeing people choose you when they don’t have to.
The grand reopening was a celebration, but more than that, it was a reminder that this community is real and supportive and willing to stand behind small businesses that are trying their best. That’s not something I’ll forget.
So from the bottom of my heart, thank you for showing up, for spreading the word (sometimes before I even did), for being patient when things weren’t perfect, and for being part of this with us.
We’re grateful. Truly.
